• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that includes digital marketing, brand development, customer experience, and community engagement to meet the outlined targets.
• Content and Social Media Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of content across various channels (website, social media, LinkedIn) tailored to address customer problems/challenges and to enhance brand visibility.
• Customer Relationship Management: Implement strategies to improve customer interaction and support, aiming to increase lifetime value, satisfaction rates, and reduce churn. This includes managing feedback times and creating a robust testimonials section on the website.
• Community Building: Develop and manage a community of consumers on platforms like Telegram, engaging them with updates, new features, and webinars.
• Influencer and Partnership Collaboration: Initiate and manage collaborations with influencers, content creators, and external partners like accelerators and tech incubators to boost brand strategy and presence.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and customer engagement efforts, adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve goals.

• Versatility: Ability to handle a wide range of tasks from strategic planning to tactical execution across marketing, customer experience, and community management.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media management, content marketing, and SEO.
• Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer service principles and CRM systems, with the ability to implement feedback loops and support mechanisms.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills for creating content, managing community interactions, and collaborating with external partners.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and timelines effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role with proven success in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels (social media, email marketing, content marketing) and platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Proven track record in managing customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience with community management and engagement platforms, such as Telegram or similar, including building and maintaining active online communities.
• Solid background in partnering with influencers, content creators, and establishing strategic partnerships.
• Experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
