We seek a skilled and motivated US Bookkeeper for our two US entities.

What does it mean? Here you go:

Be responsible for account payable and receivable, manage invoices and sales tax, fixed assets, reconciliation of AR & AP, bank reconciliation on a daily basis, accruals, payroll process, credit card reconciliation, tax reporting within the US: Sales tax, Federal, Etc.

What does it take?

• Certified bookkeeper
• 2-3 years of experience as a US Bookkeeper including proven knowledge of US taxes like Sales tax and payroll.
• English – high level
• Basic skills in Excel – must
• Experience in Priority or NetSuite – an advantage.
