Procurement Buyer (Temp position)

Job Overview:

LiveU Israel is looking for a procurement Buyer for temporary position (replacement for maternity leave).

This function within the Global sourcing is responsible for Suppliers and contract manufacturers management (strategic suppliers and small medium suppliers), as well as ensuring procurement excellence - emphasize on On-time delivery, cost management, develop creative and innovative procurement processes. Collaboration with cross -functional positions such as Engineering, Planning & R&D.

The Procurement buyer will report to the Global Procurement Director.

Main Responsibilities

• Be responsible for purchasing materials, supplies of services part of business.
• Ensure availability of purchased material required throughout Subcontractors and strategic suppliers.
• Control supplier’s performance
• Day to day support and integration with internal stakeholders as Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and R&D.
  
  

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing in similar roles
• Experience in leading contract drafting, Excellent negotiation, presentation, verbal and written.
• Ability to foster good relationships with vendors
• Team player, excellent people skills, ability to work in a multi-tasking and multi-cultural environment, positive approach.
• Administrative support – PR to PO, follow up, initiate reports and various HR projects
• Fluent in English, spoken and written – Must
• Comprehensive skills in MS Excel- Must.
• Experience in ERP Priority– Must.
