Product Manager

A successful cybersecurity company developing cloud-based systems that enable secure and fast organizational communication. The company's goal is to simplify IT complexities by consolidating organizational communication and security capabilities in the cloud into one platform. This aims to enhance efficiency and speed in security processes with low operational costs.

The company is considered a Centaur (generating annual revenues of over $100 million). It employs around 700 individuals worldwide, with approximately 400 based in Israel.

Located in Tel Aviv, within walking distance, the company operates with a hybrid work model, allowing employees to work from home two days a week.

In the scope of the role, you will join the security team, working closely with the business, overseeing the recruitment process, and managing the B2B product with a focus on outbound activities. A technical background and experience in cybersecurity companies are essential, as the primary emphasis is on familiarity with the security industry.

Requirements:

• 6 years of B2B product management experience in enterprise security SW company
• Comprehensive experience and deep knowledge of network, endpoint, and cloud security solutions
• Technical background: 4 years of previous experience as a software developer, security researcher, product owner, security engineer or professional services engineer or senior support engineer
• Demonstrated experience as a product leader who can prioritize, communicate clearly, and influence across cross-functional teams
