Software Architect

A leading global Fintech company that develops analytical solutions for financial institutions and creates Predictive Analytics tools in the insurance industry. The company has developed a revolutionary AI-based cloud platform (SaaS) with breakthrough analysis capabilities, bringing a consumer revolution to the realms of insurance and banking. The platform enables real-time personalization tailored to customers' financial products (insurance policies, loans, etc.). The team works on advanced Big Data systems and algorithm-based models.

Their product is already operational and being sold in some of the world's largest banks.

Regarding the role – it is a strategic position within the company, reporting directly to the group manager. This is a new team focused on developing the company's future products, primarily concentrating on product development.

The role involves guiding and planning the build-from-scratch processes for the architecture and strategy. In this position, there is a significant influence on future processes within the company and beyond. It includes a lot of elements of leadership, initiative, and influencing the roadmap. Close collaboration with the company's management and development teams is integral to the role.

The company currently employs close to 350 individuals, with 120 of them working in development. It is located in the central region near a train station, and employees operate in a hybrid work model, working two days from home.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in architecture roles.

• 8 years of development experience in one of the following languages: C#, Java, Scala, Kotlin.

• Experience working with AWS.

• Background in Web/SaaS environments.

• Experience in building products from scratch.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
