Data Scientist

A startup company in the Productivity tools domain has developed a SaaS system that streamlines work across various platforms, such as within Slack or GitHub, under a unified tool.

The role involves being the primary function reporting to the CTO, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP), research, and development for the company's two products - an organizational chatbot for providing answers and a text analysis prevention tool.

The tasks include working with large language models, Python coding, planning all Data Science activities, AI work, Prompt Engineering Optimization, Fine-Tuning, and utilizing frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Based in Tel Aviv near the train line, the company adopts a hybrid model for two days of remote work and employs 25 team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in NLP, language models, and their application in real-world projects, preferably within an enterprise context.

• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant programming languages and frameworks.

• A deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in model development, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning to achieve business objectives.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
