We are looking for an excellent Tooling Engineer to join our team in Israel.

Job Description:

For the Engineering Department, we are looking for a Tooling Engineer who will play a key role in the operation of our production lines.

You will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the production lines tooling and manufacturing equipment, pushing for constant improvement of test strategies and process development.

You will lead, tutor and mentor the production lines maintenance technicians.

• You will develop and manage automatic manufacturing line preventive and breakage maintenance strategies.
• You will perform engineering investigations, root cause analysis for process, machines, and yield improvements.
• You will be responsible for communicating with various suppliers and vendors regarding the production lines, performance, and maintenance.
• You will be analyzing equipment failure and defining and executing preventive and breakage maintenance.
• You will be reporting to the Engineering Manager.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mechatronic engineering from a well-known institute

Job skills:

• 5 or more years of experience with automatic or semi automatic assembly lines implementation and management.
• Experience from medical devices, pharma, automotive or other regulated environment – advantage.
• High technical skills and ability to utilise testing methodologies, processes, and failure analysis for multidisciplinary systems based on mechanical and electronic components controlled by PLC
• Familiar with statistical analysis.
• Excellent writing skills.

Language skills: Fluent English - written and spoken

Personality: A team player with a CAN-DO attitude and Hands-On approach, a fast learner who quickly adapts in a highly dynamic environment, excellent communication skills, analytical mind, creative, good organisational skills

Computer skills: industrial software for control applications (such as TIA, Rockwell, CODESYS, or equivalent), Full control of all MS Office applications
