We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior-Level Software Engineer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is deeply passionate about software development, especially server-side development and is looking for an opportunity to lead, innovate, and make impactful decisions in a dynamic environment.

• Executing full lifecycle software development tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code using Java and Golang, focusing on the latter.
• Determining operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Utilizing programming languages such as Golang and Java to develop robust software solutions.
• Collaborating effectively within a team to meet project goals and objectives.

• Minimum of five years of experience in server-side development. Full-stack development experience is appreciated but does not replace specific server-side expertise.
• Proven experience in software design.
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Passion for technology, coding, and continuous learning.
• Accountability and willingness to take ownership of systems.
• Familiarity with web services, preferably REST APIs.
• Proficiency in server development languages such as Java, Golang, Python, C#, or C++.
• Experience working in medium or small organizations or startups. Candidates with exclusive experience in non-technology enterprises (e.g., banks, insurance companies) are not preferred.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.

• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Good SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with various database technologies - relational, document, key-value store, and columnar databases.

• Team Leadership: There is potential for team leadership opportunities, allowing for growth in managing and mentoring junior engineers.
• Architectural Decision-Making: Involvement in the company's architectural decisions at both high and low levels, contributing significantly to the strategic direction of our technology solutions.
