Responsibilities:
- Provide initial response to customer inquiries regarding financial matters and invoices.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Collect payments from customers.
- Collaborate with the customer service team.
Requirements:
- Student with at least one year of academic studies.
- Preference for studies in the following fields: Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- Availability to work part-time on fixed days and hours.
- Independent work ability in a computerized environment and proficiency in Excel – mandatory.
- High flexibility and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and ability to lead tasks from start to finish.
- Experience in customer service or working in a customer-oriented environment – a significant advantage.
- Experience in handling financial matters – an advantage.
- Experience working with Salesforce – an advantage.
