Chief Risk Officer

Job Summary:

The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) will be responsible for all aspects of risk management within the organization, including:

• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive risk management strategy
• Defining risk management policies and procedures
• Implementing and maintaining risk management processes
• Monitoring and controlling the organization's risk profile
• Reporting on risks to senior management

The CRO will work closely with senior management, other business leaders, and external stakeholders, including regulators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a financial institution
• Experience leading complex business processes
• Experience working with financial regulations
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills
