IT Support & Maintenance

Setting up hardware and installing and configuring software and drivers. Maintaining and repairing technological equipment or peripheral devices. Monitoring support queue. Project work.

• A third level qualification in IT, or a similar discipline.

• Setting up hardware – desktops, laptops & printers etc. and installing and configuring Operating Systems, software’s and drivers.

• Maintaining and repairing desktops, laptops, printers, or peripheral devices.

• Excellent knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory services.

• Monitoring support queue for tickets, RFCs for implementation within project SLAs.

• Provide remote/call support to end associates for any technical issues.

• Deliver excellent customer service and an ability to work under pressure.

• Able to troubleshoot a variety of laptops, desktops, and printers.

• Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems.

• Privacy & Regulatory compliance: Ensuring adherence of data privacy and regulatory laws and processes of geography and iQMS/Org.

• Co-ordination with OEM vendor to resolve issues.

Experience required: IT Support: 3-5 years
