Customer Support Representative

We are a leading software company that provides a range of products and services for processing credit card transactions. We are looking for a customer support representative to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers via phone, email, and chat.

As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering customer inquiries and requests regarding our products and services, such as software installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting

• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Providing information and guidance on our policies, procedures, and terms and conditions

• Identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions and referrals

• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation

• Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the software or credit card processing sector

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both verbal and written

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A positive, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude
