Role Description

Trapez Finance is seeking an experienced full-time Customer Relations Manager for on-site operations in Israel. As the Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, meeting customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and efficient support across all Trapez services. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Pension insurance agent licence - Obligatory
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or customer relationship management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Experience using customer relationship management tools such as CRM software
• Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work on-site in Israel
