In this vital role, you'll lead our cloud infrastructure's strategic and operational management, encompassing the management of multiple account environments, financial overview, and, most importantly, security posture. On a more general scope, you will design and implement disaster recovery across the company infrastructure and maintain compliance such as (SOC2, ISO27001), lead risk assessment, internal asset management and end-station security. This is by leveraging a high level of automation systems and processes. You will manage a team and help desk personnel providing support across multiple regions, and lead contractors. A hands-on, project-oriented, and self-driven approach is essential.

The opportunity

• Deploy and manage the cloud in AWS and Azure
• Enforce strong security and access methodologies to ensure our cloud is safe
• Implement and maintain cloud security tools and audit cadence
• Design and implement disaster recovery, security, and compliance (SOC2, ISO27001), and manage risk across AWS and Azure cloud environments and our internal assets.
• Oversee & implement end-station security, compliance and automation processes to drive to zero trust architecture
• Oversee the SSDLC and assist in developing supporting processes
• Led a diverse IT team, including help desk operations supporting multiple regions.
• Be an efficient contractor and external partner management.
• Drive projects with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  
  

Requirements

Experience and skills

• Experience in cloud and security in a software development environment.
• Knowledge in MS managed corporate environment including O365 E5 Azure AD Plan2 and more
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), especially Terraform.
• Strong cloud security knowledge and CNAPP solutions
• Strong understanding of compliance standards (SOC2, ISO27001).
• Skilled in disaster recovery planning and risk assessment.
• Leadership experience in managing IT teams and international operations.
• Project management skills with a self-driven, hands-on approach.
