5W is looking for a General Manager/Senior Vice President who can become a client lead on global communications programs for international clients. Position to be based in Tel Aviv.

This position will be responsible for day-to-day operations, client communications, and new business activities. The GM & SVP will serve as a strategist, consultant, and implementer with a heavy focus on growing the 5W footprint in Israel. The right candidate for the job will contribute to the long-term success of the company.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Oversee US and international communications programs

• Maintain client relationships

• Manage the Israel office and grow the Israel team

• Generate new business and participate in marketing and new business initiatives

Here’s what you have:

• Previous experience at an Israeli PR agency

• Extensive experience and understanding of the media market

• Track record of media coverage and public relations success in the Israel market

• Excellent writing and copy-editing skills

• 5+ years of team management

• Experience establishing workflows and monetizing services

• Understanding of the RFP process and history of successfully driving new business

• Ability to lead and project manage account teams, maintain client relationships

• Big picture thinking and a growth mindset

• Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment in a global setting

• Ability to travel when needed

• Openness to working US hours (3 Pm local start time)
