Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ownership for full feature cycle: defining an product gap according to KPIs, define data collection required, performing analysis, planning the solution in collaboration with algo, data, and SW, evaluating and approving the solution.
• Create product analysis reports that summarize key metrics and create a deeper understanding of the Autobrains NN to provide actionable insights.
• Develop new tools and methods to analyze, visualize, and create dashboards.
• Evaluate system behavior in a data-driven way through metrics development.
• Create a roadmap prioritization and iteration planning process for your vertical.

Requirements

• B.Sc /M.Sc in Computer Science/ Industrial engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years experience with Python programming and proficiency with Pandas for data analysis.
• 2+ years experience in product management/ data analysis.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with Linux - an advantage.
• Experience with Excel - an advantage.
• Working with AI-driven products and solutions - an advantage.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn) - an advantage.
