Sales Trainee

We are currently looking for a Sales Trainee who will assist the sales team in various administrative and operational tasks to enhance overall sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Their responsibilities include tracking sales leads, supporting the sales director in tenders, and cold calls, and running the sales back-office tasks. In addition, they will also be responsible for tracking open projects and new leads\opening doors.

The Sales Trainee will be able to gain knowledge and the relevant sales strategies to become a sales accountable in the future.

Responsibilities

· Support the sales team to own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

· Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems.

· Generate market data together with the procurement team to support Sales growth.

· Perform cold calls and open doors for new leads

· Ongoing search for potential business partners

· Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

· Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.

· Work alongside customer service on specific chosen accounts

· Support in global tenders and quality documentation needed.

· Review of legal documentation

· Participation in sales training and workshops

Knowledge and Skills

· Sales operations or customer service experience – at least 1 year

· International experience is a must

· Logistics and supply chain experience- advantage

· Very good level in Microsoft Office systems (PowerPoint\Excel).

· Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.

· Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

· Food & Beverage Industry experience is an advantage

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Proficiency in using SAP\SALESFORCE software and other relevant tools- advantage.

· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

· High Level of English - other languages: Spanish, German, French – advantage

· Ability to work under pressure.
