Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.

You will be focusing on prospecting new business; you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about exceeding targets, and expanding their skills in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential clients.

- Utilize various channels and platforms to research and connect with decision-makers, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of our solutions.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system.

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outbound prospecting within the technology industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate our solutions to non-tech prospects as well as tech-oriented prospects.

- Highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with a hunger for success and a drive to contribute to the growth of the organization.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Fluent verbal and written English

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive prospecting efforts (is a plus)
