Legal Counsel

Pixellot is looking for a sole legal counsel reporting to the Company’s CFO to handle all Company legal matters, including corporate and commercial issues and maintaining relationships with outside Israeli and international counsel.

As part of your role you will:

Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice in a variety of legal matters;

• Negotiate and draft a variety of commercial agreements (employment, client, customer, licensing, services, contractor and sales agents).
• Manage Company’s corporate matters and governance – investor relations, shareholder meetings and agreements, board meetings and resolutions, equity management and ESOP.
• Oversee the Company’s legal teams and due diligence process in equity and/or debt financing transactions.
• Monitor and provide guidance on applicable laws and regulations.
  
  

• An IL qualified lawyer with 4+ years experience in a hi-tech, commercial, technology, or international department at a leading law firm or a high-tech company.
• Fluent English - MUST!
• Experience with drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements in the technology sector.
• Ability to work well independently.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to build relationships, both internally and externally with key stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, with excellent attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to find solutions to challenging legal and commercial issues.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between colleagues at many different levels throughout the Company.
