Responsibilities:
-System maintenance and optimization -
Performing regular maintenance, including system performance, loading and updating data, installing certificates,
Performance monitoring and more.
- User support
- Management of environments and distribution and upgrades
-Data management and security aspects
-Option expansion
-Process improvement
-Cooperation with IT and information security departments - ensuring that Salesforce adapts to technological strategies
Requirements:
-3 years of experience as a Salesforce admin with an emphasis on support and distribution activities
- Salesforce Admin certificate - ADM 201
-Proven ability in handling complex support issues and user training
- Experience working with Salesforce
