Change Manager - HSBC Israel

In order to strengthen our team in Israel, we are currently looking to recruit a:

Change Manager - HSBC Israel

The role holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of change programs across Wholesale Europe. The role could span from direct management of delivery for projects or workstreams to supporting program managers with business analysis and reporting capabilities to expedite and communicate change activities across the region.

Role responsibilities include:

· Influencing the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments, and changes.

· Driving project delivery proactively, balancing planning, scope, schedule, budget, communications, and risks.

· Provide support and represent program managers and the Wholesale business on strategic change projects where appropriate.

· Deliver strategic analysis/papers and business updates (e.g. EXCO, SteerCos).

· Establishing effective project controls and procedures and quality assurance processes

· Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Reporting progress, issues, dependencies and risks to project or program leadership and committees (as appropriate) and making recommendations to influence decision making, to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization.

· Capturing, analyzing, and documenting of business process (including IT processes).

· Devising change interventions such as training and communication.

· Managing the tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting.

Skills & Attributes:

· Role holder must be located in Israel with fluent business English and Hebrew

· Relevant academic degree. Organization and Methods experience, an advantage

· 3-5 years’ working experience in project management in financial services.

· Excellent understanding of principles of project management, business analysis and change implementation.

· Strong analytical capabilities.

· Ability to work independently as well as a team member and work under time pressure.

· Previous working experience in international environment and adapt to changing business needs.

· Analytical abilities, capacity of drawing quick conclusions.

· High degree of accuracy at work and attention to details.

· Proficiency in Excel and PPT essential.
