Job Summary

This role is Reporting to the Director of M&A Integration, with a dotted line relationship to the General Manager of the Ecoplant business.

The person who will excel in this role is an individual with high regard and passion for global businesses and is inquisitive and proactive by nature. They will develop a strong foundational understanding of the current state while applying collective acumen to drive transformative improvement. Specific Responsibilities

• Managerial Reporting: Provide insightful month end analytical reporting that delivers context as well as implications of the financial results, trends, risks and opportunities such as: monthly business reviews, weekly revenue trends, order rates, backlog and net working capital metrics
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing process
• Implement and execute the global tax plan for the region
• Management and responsibility for the annual financial report audit, and communication with the company's accountants and tax consultants.
• Forecasting / Budgeting: Support the administration of timely and accurate forecasts of global execution. Developing close relationships with multiple cross functional leaders and assessing risk and opportunities
• Business Partnership: Participation and leadership in business processes, for the realization of both tactical and strategic objectives
• Liaison to Corporate Finance: Facilitate timely and accurate response to requests originating from shared financial service, Corporate FP&A, and ITS leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience, preferably in a global- hyper growth business and with ARR revenue recognition
• Experience in SAAS business model and profound understanding in SAAS metrics -Must!
• Experience in line of business management in a matrix environment
• Working knowledge of Israeli tax law with an ability to proactively position business to avoid unnecessary exposure
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability influence and coach teams towards financial objectives
• Strong numerical skills, analytical thinking, and structured approach in applying accounting / financial acumen
• CPA, degree in accounting
• 25% travel required.

• SOX expertise and leadership
• Familiarity and experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle and SAP platforms
• Successful record of Results driven project management
