What You’ll Do:

As a Fraud Prevention Squad Lead, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and security of Sunbit's product offerings. Your primary responsibility is to lead a highly skilled team of software engineers with a singular focus - developing advanced tools and complex systems designed to prevent fraudulent activities. Spanning all of Sunbit's products, these systems represent a key component in preventing fraudulent users from exploiting Sunbit's products and offers.

Beyond leading this specialized squad, your mandates will also extend to a broader circle of teams, including data scientists and data analysts. Collaborating closely with these professionals, you'll share ownership and initiative in a quest to maintain and continually reshape a cutting-edge fraud prevention platform.

• Lead an excellent squad of software engineers through recruitment, mentoring, and day-to-day management.
• Managing the broader team, encompassing software engineers, data scientists, and data analysts.
• Evolve the fraud prevention architectural vision and design to our growing scale users, features, and data.
• Work hand-in-hand with other leaders in the company to strategize and plan our fraud prevention initiatives.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance decision-making processes and elevate your team's execution efficiency and overall performance.

Requirements:

• Experience managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish
• Strong technical and coding skills with a passion for system architecture.
• Self-motivated, full of motivation to learn and collaborate, out-of-the-box thinker, Great interpersonal communication skills problem-solver.
• B.Sc in computer science or equivalent.
• Fluent in English
