Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Budget Management: Work hand-in-hand with the CFO to monitor budgets, providing insightful updates and forecasts to senior management.
• Inventory Mastery: Manage and optimize the inventory cycle and pricing, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Compliance and Guidance: Ensure adherence to tax, VAT regulations, and provide technical accounting advice to enhance our financial structure.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Foster strong communication lines with senior and mid-level management, delivering precise monthly financial reports and engaging in strategic planning.
• Process Enhancement: Drive the streamlining of financial reporting and operations, aiming for peak efficiency and clarity in our financial processes.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Offer comprehensive financial analysis and support on a project basis, contributing to our overall growth and success.

Qualifications:

• CPA credential, preferably with experience or an internship from the Big 4, showcasing a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
• A genuine passion for the finance field, coupled with a keen interest in ongoing learning and professional development.
• Exceptional proficiency in Excel is a must; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, enabling effective dialogue across all levels of the organization.
