Dot Compliance is a cloud-based, innovative software company. Our product allows pharma and medical device customers to manage their quality and compliance processes electronically.

We are looking for a top-notch expert for a broad, interesting, and challenging position. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp the company financial and accounting concepts and provide accurate financial reports.

This role reports to the Finance Director.

Responsibilities

The controller will oversee all regional related topics.

• Preparation of the financial reports, in accordance with US-GAAP.
• Oversee the general ledgers, journal entries, account reconciliations, etc.
• Oversee and manage the order to cash and account payables processes.
• Manage tax reporting (income tax, sales tax, etc) and tax compliance.
• Provide guidance on issues arising from financial information, accounting and tax.
• Manage monthly payroll and expense reimbursements process and collaborate with external payroll advisors.
• Assist / lead other ongoing and ad-hoc financial tasks.

Requirements

CPA with 2 years of experience in a startup company.

BIG 4 high-tech department experience.

University degree in accounting and economics.

Strong Excel knowledge.

Fluent English.

Netsuite experience – an advantage.
