Factory Manager- FoodTech company

To a growing FoodTech company in the center. As the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for managing our first production facility in Israel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

🔸Operate the factory to the highest standards

🔸Manage factory team 

🔸Meet manufacturing deadlines and volumes based on business needs 

🔸Guide train and manage the factory team and all user of the facility 

🔸Plan work shifts, raw materials procurement, inventory, and final product dispatch 

🔸Work with the engineering team on all aspects of process optimization and manufacturing expansion efforts

🔸Collaborate with the R&D team to test new products and processes

🔸Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure quality and safety

Qualifications

🔸B.Sc. in Engineering; mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or industrial engineering

🔸7+ yrs experience as a manufacturing manager or factory manager in the food industry

🔸Capable of navigating complex technical and team challenges

🔸Proven experience in training and managing production employees and suppliers 

🔸Strong understanding of manufacturing machinery, processes, and operation

🔸Proven hands-on experience and approach to machines production lines and manufacturing systems

🔸Excellent English and Hebrew (Including presentation skills) 

Advantage:

🔸MBA degree

🔸Experience in the baking industry  

🔸Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and food safety

🔸Prior startup experience
