Head of Financial Reporting and Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial accounting system, reporting directly to the company's chief accountant
• Manage interactions with financial organization managers and employees, leading the management team
• Ensure adequacy of accounting treatment and determination within the group, including subsidiaries
• Prepare periodic reports, such as business descriptions, board of directors' reports, and financial reports, in compliance with legal requirements
• Maintain responsibility for all company accounting records, including period closing, consolidation for group plants, and ongoing accounting tasks
• Provide accounting support in business development/economic departments, including valuation examination and due diligence management

Requirements:

• Must have experience working for one of the BIG 4 in your career
• Proven experience in preparing financial statements and periodic reports per IFRS reporting standards and Securities Authority instructions (minimum $100 million)
• CPA license for a minimum of 5 years
• Academic education in economics, accounting, or business administration
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in accounting
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Experience with large ERP systems (SAP advantage) and project management for financial applications in information systems
• Familiarity with project financial management
• Experience working with auditors
• Expertise in valuations and due diligence
• Experience collaborating with external and internal parties
