Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a Full Time Support Representative that will be the first point of contact for our users. 

As a Support Representative, you will:

- Answer Emails, Chats, WhatsApp tickets, and Phone Calls. 

- Introduce our product to our users, help them use it correctly, install it and help with technical issues.

- You will help analyze user behavior and find solutions for improving the way our product is being used.

- You will be part of a small growing team and will have relevant Support responsibilities which can influence how the Support team handles day to day tasks.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years experience as a technical support representative.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Ability to multitask and work with different Support channels simultaneously.

- You enjoy helping users, helping to solve issues and are curious to know what really drives users. 

- Eager to learn and look at change as an opportunity to grow. 

- Ability to be proactive and look for solutions also on your own.

- You should have excellent written communication skills in Hebrew and in English (more languages are an advantage). 

Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected to be in our Tel Aviv based office at least twice a month.
