Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute the company's overall business and revenue growth strategy. Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and formulate plans for market expansion.
· Lead revenue-focused initiatives and teams to achieve financial goals. Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize revenue streams across the organization. Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team for revenue growth and profitability.
· Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall corporate strategy and decision-making. Provide regular updates and reports on business and revenue performance to the CEO and board of directors.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive company growth in Israel and abroad. Foster strategic relationships with external partners, clients, and stakeholders to expand the business network.
· Oversee sales teams and implement effective strategies to achieve revenue targets. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization efforts.
· Shape the company's marketing strategy and brand positioning to enhance market presence.
· Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and penetrate new markets and territories. Develop and implement strategies for market entry, including market research, competitor analysis, and risk assessment. Demonstrate a track record of successfully launching products or services in new markets, driving market share growth.
· Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, product development, operations, and finance. Ensure alignment of cross-functional efforts to achieve overall business and revenue objectives.
· Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business and utilize data analytics for informed decision-making. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales and business processes.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on business and revenue generation.
· Extensive experience in business development, strategy formulation, and market expansion.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
· Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
· Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
· Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Full-time position based in Tel Aviv.
