As a Global Sales Manager at Beesense Sensor Systems Ltd, you will be responsible for leading our global sales efforts and driving revenue growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence globally.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key global clients, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
5. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring sustainable revenue growth for the organization.
6. Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Beesense products and services to clients and partners.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements and skills• Proven experience of at least 3 years in sales to the international market.
• Background in HLS/defense sectors - mandatory.
• Background and knowledge of Electro-optical systems – advantage.
• Background and knowledge of Radar systems – advantage.
• Proven track record of success in closing sales and achieving goals
• Monitoring performance and issuing reports every quarter.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing needs of multiple rapidly evolving tasks and initiatives.
• Self-taught professional with strong analytical skills, eager to learn new areas.
• Attention to detail, and accuracy. Identifying and solving problems independently.
• Independent work in a dynamic and developing environment.
• Ability to adapt, build, and maintain relationships with a large number of external and internal stakeholders.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• Fluent English - mandatory
• Multiple citizenships - an advantage
