PHP Developer

A PHP Backend Team Lead opportunity is available in Tel-Aviv, Israel, contributing to the Technology and Development center. As an integral part of the Development team, the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and enhancing infrastructure while implementing new features across various backend applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX & Design, and fellow Developers to contribute to the development of a new tool, fostering creativity at scale.
• Ensure the highest code quality by advocating for and implementing engineering best practices, including code reviews and pairing.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of services, from initial setup and release to day-to-day CI/CD. Showcase a passion for creating software that streamlines and automates service deployment and operation for Developers.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Web Development (mandatory).
• Prior management experience (mandatory).
• Extensive experience in PHP and in Laravel/Symfony framework (significant advantage).
• Deep architectural understanding of web applications.
• Familiarity with the modern CI environment, including version control, build tools, and CI servers.
• Creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to explore new languages and frameworks.
• A disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance.
