We are seeking a talented and experienced Android Team Lead/Tech Lead to join our growing team and lead our mobile development efforts.

Position Overview: As the Android Team Lead/Tech Lead at Triosoft, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mobile applications, server architecture, and web interfaces. Lead a team of skilled Mobile developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for mobile development.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of skilled Mobile developers at Triosoft.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features across mobile applications, servers, and web interfaces.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and address bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Android development.

Proven experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead.

Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.

Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.

Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience developing applications that communicate with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) devices.
