User Acquisition Team Leader

Description:

We are looking for a User Acquisition Team Leader to be responsible for driving sales, growth and be responsible for the operational profit of the region's activity by managing the digital channels.

This is a managerial role.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute the online acquisition strategy, to drive sales and optimize towards operational profit.

Responsible for the website's navigation, product optimization and up-sells.

Search and experiment with website improvements to increase profit.

Manage global and large-scale marketing activity on Google, Facebook and all other relevant media channels and set the share of each activity.

Conduct competitive research to find new opportunities.

Collaborate with other departments to plan, design & optimize the user experience throughout the customer funnel.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience in managing global large-scale campaigns on both Google and Facebook Platforms.

2+ years of Managerial Experience.

Data-driven with strong analytical skills.

Marketing-Sales-oriented mind.

Experience with Google Analytics.

Growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Advantages:

Familiarity with email marketing.

Experience with other PPC channels (other than Facebook and Google).

Hands-on experience with Google shopping.
