• Define and deploy methodology to improve power, performance, and scalability of CPU design
• Collaborate with Intel design teams across the globe, product managers and software engineers to deliver cutting edge CPU design environment
• Take part in creating machine learning solutions and data analyses to improve CPU design

Qualifications

• Student currently pursuing a course of studies in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Information System/Software Engineering
• At least 4 semesters remaining until graduation
• Basic familiarity with at least one of the following: RTL/circuit/logic design
• Familiarity with EDA tools from Synopsys or Cadence (e.g. Fusion Compiler, PrimeTime, Genus, Innovus)
• Familiarity with Linux and UNIX environment – an advantage
• Familiarity with Tcl/Python- an advantage

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
