Join us and be part of an innovative dream team! 💡👥 Intel Architecture team is hiring, and we want YOU to start developing the best high-performance processors. Our team is in an exciting period and we're hiring experts for three SoC domains.

If you are either an experienced Architect or a talented logic/verification Engineer that can grow into an architecture role, we want you! We're interested in exploring compute and device bandwidth demands, defining and improving the CPU SoC systems for the future.

We are looking for architects to join us, at SoC architecture team, in creating winning Intel products.

Three Separate Roles Are Available

• Power management architect: You will be working on defining power management algorithms, methodologies, and u-arch of global SoC flows such as reset, transition between idle/active states. During this process you will be exploring power and performance tradeoffs for Intel CPUs.
• Memory domain architect: You will be working on defining controller architecture for the latest memory technologies, DRAM protocols and internal SoC interfaces. You will be working on BW delivery and memory efficiency. During this process you will be optimizing power and latency of the memory domain.
• Fabric domain architect: You will be working on defining coherent and non-coherent fabrics which connect cores, caches, memory subsystem and IO subsystem. You will be working on protocols, connectivity, BW delivery. During this process you will be optimizing power and latency of the fabric.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of proven experience in SoC is required, in logic/micro-architecture/architecture as you will be part of an experienced team that delivers a state-of-the-art SoC architecture.
• Strong interpersonal skills are a pre-requisite as you will collaborate with a lot of different groups.
• A BS.c in EE/MS.c in EE or Computer Science/Electrical Engineering is also required.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
