Head of Talent Acquisition

We are searching for a Head of Talent Acquisition to design, implement, and manage the recruiting strategies for an Israeli-based global technological company.

Responsibilities include managing team leads and recruiters to be real talent acquisition partners in the company, building and monitoring recruitment procedures from sourcing to hiring and helping the company grow teams with qualified employees and executives to achieve the business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, leading teams of at least 7 team members.
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives in companies developing a technological product.
• Global recruitment experience.
• Proven capabilities in building and leading strategic cross-company processes.
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to create and flourish long-term relationships with executives, peers, and employees.
