Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Infrastructure Team Lead to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of IT infrastructure specialists and ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure. You will play a critical role in managing and improving our technology stack to support our business operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT infrastructure professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  
  

• Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including virtualization, servers, networks, storage, and data centers.
  
  

• Project Management: Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects, including hardware and software upgrades, migrations, and system integrations. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical expertise and support for complex infrastructure issues and incidents.
  
  

• Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect the company's data and infrastructure.
  
  

• Capacity Planning: Monitor infrastructure performance and capacity, making recommendations for upgrades and improvements as needed.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
  
  

• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the IT infrastructure, including configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
• Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS) are a plus.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and team leadership.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
• expertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) – a must.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), cloud computing – A Must
• Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
