The Backend Group is global group, responsible for Physical Design and implementation of switching chips done in the Switching BU. Our job is to tape-out chips on time, while meeting the target speed, area, and power. The group has a high emphasis on quality, and is using cutting edge technologies on some of the largest, most complex chips in the industry

What You Can Expect

We are looking for an experienced full-chip timing engineer with experience in advanced process nodes (12nm, 5nm and 3nm).

The successful candidate will work closely with project management, block owners and full-chip layout team to develop Marvell Switches devices layout till Tape-out.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10-15 years of related professional experience. Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience.
• Candidate should have good knowledge on PnR and have handled complex blocks using latest technology nodes like 7nm, 5nm, 3nm.
• Should have exposure in multiple tool usage across Cadence/Synopsys platforms. Strong STA knowledge and work experience is must, with fullchip STA exposure as added advantage
