Production Machinery Technician

PixCell Medical is a young and dynamic company developing groundbreaking technology for performing diagnostics of living cells.

PixCell Medical is looking for an experienced technician for a position in the production department, to perform operations, preventive maintenance, and ongoing maintenance of complex machines in the company's production system.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in building and maintaining integrated mechanics, pneumatics and electronics production machines.
2. Carrying out preventive maintenance and fracture maintenance of production machines
3. Support for production workers and line troubleshooting.
4. Calibrations and integration of production systems and machines according to work instructions
5. Ability to perform fine manual work with mechanical, pneumatic and electrical equipment
6. Open-mindedness and analytical abilities, motivation, and independent initiative

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the proper and safe work of machinery and production facilities
2. Operation and ongoing maintenance of complex automated production machines developed by the company
3. Identification and ongoing handling of malfunctions in machines and production facilities
4. Calibrating machines
5. Improving production processes and mechanisms in collaboration with the company's engineers
6. Collection and analysis of failure data in cooperation with the company's engineers
7. Preparation and improvement of maintenance specifications and operating protocols of the machine
8. Spare parts inventory management and maintenance
