## Roles and Responsibilities

- Formulate and execute a comprehensive DevOps strategy.

- Lead and mentor a proficient DevOps team.

- Evaluate and manage various DevOps tools and technologies.

- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines.

- Direct the organization's cloud strategy and optimize cloud provider costs.

- Collaborate with security teams for integrated security measures.

- Encourage synergy among development, operations, and other teams.

- Establish incident management protocols.

- Enhance system efficiency and responsiveness.

## Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.

- 2+ years in managing DevOps teams.

- Expertise in Terraform for AWS resources.

- Proficiency in cost optimization on AWS.

- Experience in managing a large number of production servers.

- Knowledge in managing various blockchain nodes (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, etc.).
