As a Senior Account Manager, you will be making a HUGE impact on the company revenues. Actual experience of managing publishers against a revenue quota is a MUST for this role. You will own the relationships and growth of our publishers, many of which are world class software companies, generating millions of dollars with CodeFuel search products, powered by Microsoft Bing.
This is a very fast paced environment so we're looking for someone who can work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet/exceed deadlines. You should excel in both developing strategic relationships and in analyzing data. You will be trusted to manage and coordinate between cross-functional stakeholders, internally and externally, including Product, Sales, and Compliance teams, to facilitate timely launch of search related products .
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for Codefuel’s publishers while building strong, long-lasting relationships
- Analyze and optimize product performance by communicating details of campaign deployment
- Create presentations, forecasts and growth plans
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities and collaborate with sales to hit quarterly targets.
- Mobilize internal departments (Finance, Product, Legal, Compliance, Analytics, Sales) to deploy, optimize, and upsell for your publishers
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of publisher account management experience in a quota-carrying role- is a MUST!
- A combination of strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English - written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of digital media KPIs such as CPC, CPM, monetization, analytics and measurement
- High attention to detail
- Experience in Tableau, SalesForce - an advantage
