Threat Intelligence Analyst

KELA’s Cyber Intelligence Center is in charge of data collection and analysis processes by using a unique automated technology scanning a curated set of cybercrime sources and providing fully targeted, actionable intelligence. 

The Threat Intelligence Analyst will conduct research both independently and with a larger team in order to detect cybersecurity threats and produce analytical reports and other types of deliverables.

The successful candidate possesses an intelligence/research background, as well as knowledge in cyber-security and has excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the threat landscape to define new trends, intelligence sources, threat actors, attack tools and techniques and add unique perspective from KELA’s sources  
• Conduct Open-Source, Deep and Dark Web research
• Collect, analyze, cross-reference and interpret data from multiple sources
• Produce threat intelligence reports, blogs and other finished intelligence products 
• Present your research in webinars, workshops, conferences and client-facing events

Must have:

• At least 2 years experience in an cyber threat intelligence, intelligence, research organization
• Investigative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Active interest and creative thinking in cyber security
• Experience in writing reports for various types of audience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Excellent attention to details and ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision
• An ability to operate semi-autonomously to conduct collection, create solutions and support intelligence production

Advantage:

• Proficiency in additional foreign languages (Russian, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic etc.)
