Job Summary:

A global pharma company is looking for a Gynecology-Hematology Team Manager of medical representatives

Location: field activity all over the country, Israel.

Main Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the product manager in a field that requires high scientific ability.
• Managing a team of medical representatives (of different seniority levels) in the field of gynecology-hematology.
• Building a work plan for the implementation of the marketing activity,
• Training, and supporting representatives in the field.
• Providing criticism, feedback, and guidance to meet the marketing goals of the company's products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences - mandatory
• Previous experience as a team leader of medical representatives - mandatory
• Ability to manage employees with different seniority
• High scientific ability
• Ability to move people and tasks
• Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
• Good interpersonal interaction and ability to work in a team
• Excellent presentation capabilities
• English at a very good level (writing and speaking)
• Willingness to serve in the field
