Project Management Officer-PHARMA MUST

Manager of Vendors Management leads project related to out-sourced materials/products

In addition, serve as the day to day focal point with the vendors and communicate around supply aspects .

Positioned within the organization, as the main communication pathway with the vendors and facilitates internal and external cross functional discussions.

Roles & responsibilities·

Project Management :Leads internal projects related to the vendors’ products:

o Manages Qualification projects.

o Leads Changes management.

o Promotes Problem solving

· Supply chain: Manage the supply chain communication between the Organization to the external vendors:

o Provides forecasts , POs and ensure on time payments (works closely with the Organization’s supply chain group)

o Manage actual supply activities which require coordination between various functions (logistics, quality, R&D..)

· Leads cross functional discussions in terms of process and governance, progress review, prioritization, risk mitigation and alignment on key actions and activities, assessment of business impact

· Serves as an escalation/coordination point between functional stakeholders to achieve alignment

· Vendors management: leads the ongoing interactions with the vendor on behalf of the organization, in alignment with the business goals

· Maintains Standards and guidelines for vendors, monitoring vendors to ensure these policies are being followed.

Skills and Qualifications

· Project management skills: collaborative approach, project planning, task management, change management, Data driven.

· Understanding of Supply chain aspects: demand planning, handling of purchase orders, familiarity with the logistics world

· Multi-tasking and Goal oriented: interact with several vendors every day and manage many different daily tasks

· Leadership skills: ability to lead internal and external cross functional teams

· Business orientation

· Self-learner

Education and Training

· A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or Science,

>5 years of experience in project management+ Supply chain roles,

· Experience in the world of pharmaceutical production and global environment
