Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha’ayin

What will you do?

As the Senior Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will join Kornit's IT Organization and Leadership team, playing a pivotal role in safeguarding our company’s digital assets. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with SEC, GDPR, ISO 27001, CSL/DSL/PIPL, CCPA, and Israeli privacy laws. This role demands a visionary leader with an innovative mindset to navigate the complexities of global IT security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and define the organization's information and cybersecurity strategy, including real-time threat analysis, incident response, and predictive security measures.
• Develop and enforce robust security policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices, focusing on data loss prevention, fraud mitigation, identity and access management, and program governance.
• Construct and maintain a comprehensive security roadmap, encompassing IT system security standards, strategy, and KPIs.
• Advance the company's risk management program, providing guidance on IT security in various scenarios and everyday operations.
• Craft and implement training programs to raise security awareness and best practices among staff.

What should you have?

• A minimum of 7 years in a CISO role within a global, publicly traded organization (preferred).
• Expertise in Information Security and risk management standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, SOC2).
• Comprehensive knowledge of GDPR and other international compliance regulations.
• Proficient in identifying current and emerging threats and corresponding countermeasures.
• Deep understanding of Application Security threats and preventive measures.
• Proficiency in security technologies for both cloud and on-premise data centers.
• Familiarity with DDOS mitigation, cloud vulnerability scans, and intrusion detection/prevention protocols.
• Proven track record of implementing effective security practices and risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience in developing and executing staff training on security initiatives.
