Product Manager

A hi-tech company that provides payment and charging solutions for electric vehicles in the United States and Europe. The company's primary products are SaaS solutions for the management and charging of electric vehicles and energy optimization, including navigation applications for charging destinations and a payment and billing application that automatically updates after vehicle charging (no-touch). The company has major clients in the United States and throughout Europe and is considered highly profitable.

Role Description: A part of a team that includes 4 product managers. Responsible for end-to-end management of SaaS B2B products, with approximately 70% internal work collaborating with development and UI/UX teams. The role involves interacting with clients in the United States and Europe (30%), reporting to the team lead, conducting business in English with both clients and internally.

Acquired for $200 million by an American conglomerate specializing in smart transportation and mobility, the company maintains its independent and innovative identity.

Located in the Sharon region, the company offers the option to work remotely for two days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Make an impact - grow the business by developing new products and features.

• Plan the product roadmap and execute on it.

• Translate customers requests into values added to the product.

• Innovate and prioritize products and features.

• Interact with other teams maximizing the impact on the growth and business.

Requirements:

• 4 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager in B2B Company

• Strong analytical skills, developing product hypotheses and understanding the results.

• Strong ability to transform opportunities and needs into products and features.

• Experience with billing systems.

• Understanding of Agile product development.

• Good understanding of UI/UX.

• Savvy learner, avid listener, articulate communicator and presenter.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS Start Up environment.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Hebrew & English.

• BA/MA/BSc/MSc in related fields.
