Software Engineer

A startup in the field of artificial intelligence, this company has developed a platform capable of scanning content intended for advertising, identifying the relevant audience, and even creating successful posts tailored to specific platforms and audiences.

The company assists copywriters and marketers in crafting their content. Additionally, it aids major media outlets worldwide in integrating articles created on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, distributing them based on readers' content consumption habits rather than direct entry to news websites.

Profitable and recently funded with a $21 million Series B round, the company is experiencing significant growth and plans to double its workforce by the end of the year, offering promotion opportunities for suitable candidates. The role involves being part of a team, developing servers in Ruby and some in Python, working in a Linux environment, using AWS, and handling both relational and non-relational databases. Docker is also part of the toolkit.

Situated in Tel Aviv near a train station, the company embraces a hybrid work model, employing around 60 individuals, with 40 based in Israel and 20 in the R&D sector.

Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of industry experience in a production web environment, including monitoring and performance tuning.

• 3+ years of experience with Python/Node/Go/Ruby for a Linux environment.

• Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases. (Advantage)

• Experience with AWS. (Advantage)

• Experience with Docker, K8s, scale. (Advantage)

• A real passion for solving problems and delivering value.

• The ability to write clean code, as well as continuously refactor and improve existing code.

• The ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.

• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
