Engineering Program Manager (EPM)

We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to join our AV Program Management team who shares our passion for tackling complexity head-on and driving a variety of business-critical projects. As an EPM, you will play a key role in the implementation of the Product Group vision within large-scale cross-functional projects that span the organization.

What will your job look like:

• You will lead and own the development and integration effort of the applicational layer for various customer projects. You will be needed both broad and deep.
• You will creatively lead process and technology improvements that reduce friction for engineers and proactively address issues that help Mobileye meet a range of customer needs. Working alongside multiple internal engineering teams, and working alongside with customer groups.
• You will manage the development and implementation process of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products in the latest Consumer AV and fully Autonomous Vehicles, as well as monitor the projects from initiation through delivery, organizing the inter-departmental activities to ensure success in completion and delivery.
  
  

All you need is:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
• At least 2 years of experience in managing/leading software development teams
• Experience in software Product/Project management - must
• Customer facing experience - advantage
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships.
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Fluent English and Hebrew
  
  

The ideal candidate has a successful track record working in both engineering and management roles on products that combine complex algorithms and platform capabilities with customer requirements. Duties and tasks are varied and challenging, needing independent judgment. Outstanding communication skills and a can-do mentality. Relevant experience is important, but ultimately less so than your demonstrated abilities and attitude. Mobileye is constantly redefining what is possible, and we need program managers that can do the same.
