Algorithm Engineer

A startup company in the field of Synthetic Speech Detection has developed a product in Voice Recognition and Synthetic Speech Detection. The company's products have significant disruptive potential in areas such as protection against impersonation, voice theft, voice-to-face matching, and more.

The role involves leading two Deep Learning Algorithm Developers in the research department with a 100% hands-on approach. Responsibilities include professional leadership, engagement in research and end-to-end model development, working with DL methods, including Unsupervised Learning and Self-Supervised Learning in the field of Synthetic Speech Detection and Voice Face Matching. Tasks also include Voice2Face missions, voice and face recognition, and working with Python using PyTorch and TensorFlow.

Located in Tel Aviv next to a train station, the company allows for a combination of office and remote work.

Requirements-

• Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in AI/DL algorithm development, with a focus on voice or facial recognition technologies.
• Experience with DL frameworks, i.e., TensorFlow/PyTorch is mandatory
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.
• Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in AI technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
