Kaleidoo, which specializes in Big Data and AI, is looking for an Operations Coordinator for an interesting and challenging position.
Job Description:
- Administration of a technological training, including support for management operational issues, equipment orders, coordination, and support for welfare activities.
- Administrative & Finance support for the company's CEO and the sales team.
- Managing customer orders from the stage of receiving the order to billing.
- Follow-up and control of the management of the ERP and Billing systems.
- Working with existing customers, issuing quotes, contracts, and invoices
- Proactive contact customers for renewing orders.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in an operational position that includes Sales operation aspects and interfaces with business customers.
- Familiarity with information systems, including ERP.
- Full command of Office software with an emphasis on Excel.
- Daily attendance at the office.
